We are a group of 11 second year BTEC Hospitality students at Westminster Kingsway College in the very heart of central London. Over the last eighteen months we have been learning in all aspects of hospitality supervision & learning an array of different skills to prepare us for the hospitality industry.
Well Hello...
Our next (& final) journey is to create, run & manerged four different & unique pop up restaurants & a new speacial pop up food market. The pop up resaurants and the pop up food market will be located within the College grounds of Westminster Kingsway College.
We hope for Spring Up Resaurants to be a great success in spring, its a once and a life time opportunity for us to show you how students can create, run, cook & manage four pop up restaurants and new special pop up food market.
